Talking Avatar in GameMaker

This tool is from a video about how to use GameMaker to record audio (https://youtu.be/skYwsQ4m7Mk). You can grab the full source code for a few bucks and that will include the imguigml wrapper that makes creating UI gosh darn simple (https://github.com/GamemakerCasts/imguigml_ui) and everything you need to transform the tool into your own avatar with a little bit of GameMaker knowledge.
